Some families have a tradition where someone dresses up as Santa every year. Our family has a tradition where Derek dresses up as a half-naked elf. Interesting that all of us in the picture look as if this is a totally normal occurrence. Derek, they tried to initiate you to our family Christmas, but good work- you initiated them. Oh, and nice socks.
