I know it is normal for people to hunt in Alaska. There is a lot of that going on. We went into our state farm office and there were all types of heads on the walls. (animal heads that is) We go out for pizza, animal heads; we go to the a sports bar, animal heads; we go to a sports store on the other hand, and see this preposterous sight:
Who the hell shoots a giraffe and hangs it on the wall?!
I am always telling Derek that we are not decorating our house in traditional Alaskan decor: canoes, bears, and all those chainsaw woodcarvings are out. But I think he has his eye on this giraffe now.
please note: giraffes are not native to Alaska. I think they walk over from Russia or something
Hahaha, what a good laugh this morning. Where would you shoot a g-raf in the U.S.?? Hope you guys have a good weekend. Packing the car to go camping at Rainer. Can't wait to see the Hopewell Decor when we come to visit! =0)
