Me and my mom

I have been missing in action because I was on vacation. Well, I believe they call it a "staycation" when you have all this great time off work but you don't go anywhere. (I mean, who could leave here right now?? it's been raining for a month and I am still using the fireplace.
Aah, I love summer! (but seriously sun, on a side note, any day now...)

But it was a GREAT vacation despite the storms and winter coats in June because my mom and Dave came to visit for two whole weeks!!!

We had a blast. We laughed, we travelled, they drank, I drove, we saw wildlife, we caught fish, we kayaked, we drove more, we ate, we ate more and then we went out to eat. It was awesome. Come back soon!
