We just returned from a long 10 day vacation to Florida: the land of warm, humid weather, fast elderly drivers, alligators, oily beaches, nascar and silver alerts.
But for us it was a place full of distant family, soft sandy beaches and a time to show our daughter what grass feels like, what it's like to feel the warm wind, and introduce her to one of her uncles, her great-grandparents, and see her aunt again.
We were worried though, because I think she was feeling the spring break vibe. She kept lifting up her dresses, pulling up her bikini top, and drank from sun up until sun down every day. She loved it.
