Eva and Henry went on their first supervised romantic weekend away a couple days ago. We went with Eva, Henry, and Henry's parents to the ski resort nearby.
Luckily, there was LOTS of snow, but unfortunately it was REALLY cold. The kids were forced to roam the halls of the hotel all weekend.
I'm not sure they even knew they were stuck inside for almost three days. They roamed every hall of every 8 floors 100 times. Climbed every stairwell 472 times. Licked every window. Pressed every elevator button. Said hi to everyone. Three times. Went swimming twice. Ate at every restaurant. Knew every housekeeper by name.
I think everyone there is really gonna miss them. Or maybe they were glad to see us go. It's a toss up.
They were able to get a sled ride in:
And a face plant:
They made some prank calls:

They played a wicked game of hide and seek:

They went out for sushi and starbucks.
(they are a little yuppie for their age)

Had some family time:
Had a photo shoot:
And enjoyed this:

Luckily we had Henry's parents with us, not only because we had a great time with them, but because I forgot food and diapers. Whoops.
